Welcome to Seas the Day, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach home in Blue Mountain Beach designed for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of 30A.

Set in the Highland Parks community, Seas the Day offers a comfortable coastal retreat with furnished front and back porches, inviting indoor gathering spaces, and easy access to neighborhood amenities. The shared community pool, hot tub, and firepit are just a few houses away, making it easy to enjoy a resort-style afternoon without leaving the neighborhood.

Inside, the 2-level home features an open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for time together. The living room offers comfortable seating around a mounted TV, while the kitchen provides generous counter space, quality appliances, and an open layout that keeps everyone connected. A side-by-side washer and dryer add convenience for longer beach days and family stays.

The main-level primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms each offer a king bed, while the bunk room includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Maximum occupancy is 10 total guests.

Outdoor living is part of the experience at Seas the Day. Start the morning with coffee on the front porch, unwind on the back porch beneath the bistro lights, or gather around the community firepit after a day at the beach.

Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is approximately 1.0 mile away, and Gulfview Heights Beach Access is approximately 1.3 miles away. A 6-seat low-speed vehicle may be included with the reservation and is administered separately through our local LSV provider, making it convenient to explore nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops.

Additional highlights include a gas grill, Wi-Fi, garage access, on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles, self-check-in with a smart lock, and access to the Highland Parks community pool and hot tub.

Seas the Day is a non-smoking, no-party home. Pets are not permitted except where legally required for assistance animals.
